APPOINTMENT POLICY

Carriers seeking to schedule an appointment must make all appointments via email. Please ensure that you are following the directions provided by your broker or dispatch.

All inbound and outbounds are by appointment.

All appointments have a 10 minute grace period to ensure that you do not lose your appointment or place in line. Drivers who are late for their appointments, or do not have one confirmed- will be worked in as we are able.

We reserve the right to refuse drivers without appointments or whose trailer is not in loadable condition.
