  • Appointments may only be made for POs or reference #s that were previously validated by our team.

  • Drivers must check in at the front office with their drivers license.

  • 20 minutes past the scheduled appointment time is considered late.

  • Late drivers are worked in as we are able.

  • Flatbeds are not loaded in the rain.

  • You will be unable to edit or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours of the designated appointment time.

  • Should you require assistance please contact customer service or your booking agent.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • YES, all inbound and outbound activity is required to be scheduled with us directly, using the link to the portal provided.

  • Our system is set to automatically send you a notification that you are LATE at 20 minutes past your designated appointment time. If you are not officially checked in by that time you will receive an automated notification.

  • YES, with our portal you have complete access to review all of your coming appointments with us. You can edit or reschedule appointments but with limitations. If you are unable to succesfully complete the requested edit we ask that you contact customer service for assistance.

    No appointments are available to be edited within 24 hours of the designated appointment time.

  • Not showing up for the appointment…. We close out all missed appointments by the end of the business day. If you did not arrive in the same day you are considered a NO SHOW.

  • We do our best to accomodate all of our customers and thier respective carriers. However we do reserve the right to refuse a load or unscheduled arrival. Those who we accept are worked in as we are able and are not eligible for detention.

  • All customers have access to our customer service team and provide the relevant contact information to their brokers and carriers. Should you require assistance please call or email customer service as directed by your booking agent.
