For all same day appointments On Hand requires a $75 rush fee. All approved same day requests are worked in as we are able. Any questions please contact customer service.

TERMS

The request for same day appointments must be submitted via the scheduling page
Someone will reply to your request via email. This email will serve as acknowledgement of your request and approval, conditional upon payment.
After receiving the approval email you MUST issue immediate payment to secure the final approval
Driver should be sent in as soon as possible and will be worked in as we are able. Driver will not be eligible for detention.
