  • How soon can we be onboarded as a new customer?

    Within 24 hours. Simply fill out our contact form with as many details as possible, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

  • What does your onboarding process include?

    Once we finalize rates and sign a working contract which can often happen the same business day, you’ll be invited to a virtual onboarding meeting. You'll meet your assigned CSR and key contacts to ensure clear communication from day one.

  • What kind of products do you store and handle?

    We specialize in bulk goods and fragile materials, including food-grade ingredients, raw materials, packaging supplies, and glass. As an FDA-approved facility, we’re set up to store a wide variety of products in a clean, compliant environment.

  • Where are you located?

    Our headquarters is in Avenel, New Jersey, just 10 miles from Port Newark, with easy access to major highways. We also operate additional warehouse spaces across the East Coast to support scalable growth.

  • How much warehouse space do you offer?

    We currently operate over 200,000 square feet of warehousing space in Avenel and surrounding areas—and we’re continuously expanding to meet customer demand.

What shifts do you operate? Are you open on weekends?

Our standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Additional shifts and weekend access may be available depending on your operational needs.

Do you offer your own trucking services?

Yes. We coordinate trucking and short-haul freight to and from our warehouse. Reach out to us to learn more about available routes and delivery schedules.

Do you offer fulfillment services or pick-and-pack?

No—we are a distribution-only facility. We focus exclusively on storage, drayage, QA/rework, and fragile freight handling to deliver high-efficiency logistics without fulfillment distractions.

Can we schedule a tour of your facility?

Do you handle international freight?

While we don’t offer customs brokerage, we regularly receive and distribute international containers through Port Newark. We work closely with freight forwarders and importers to ensure seamless transitions from port to warehouse.
